The plant is located in the core area of Zhecheng County Industrial Park, with a superior geographical location and convenient transportation, which is convenient for raw material procurement and product distribution. The plant design fully integrates modern industrial aesthetics and practicality. It adopts a high-strength steel structure frame, with lightweight and durable color steel plate walls and roofs, which not only ensures the stability of the structure, but also achieves good thermal insulation and waterproof performance, providing an ideal environment for the storage and processing of peppers.
Taking into account the particularity of the pepper processing industry, the internal layout of the plant has been carefully planned and divided into multiple functional areas such as raw material storage area, pretreatment area, deep processing area, packaging and warehousing area, and quality inspection and R&D center. The raw material storage area is equipped with large-capacity refrigeration facilities to ensure that fresh peppers are preserved in the best condition; the pre-treatment area is equipped with advanced cleaning, cutting and grading equipment to improve the efficiency of raw material processing; the deep processing area concentrates on a series of automated production lines such as mixing, frying, seasoning, and drying, achieving seamless connection from raw materials to finished products; the packaging and storage area adopts an intelligent storage management system to ensure efficient distribution and storage of products.
It is particularly worth mentioning that the factory building fully incorporates the concept of environmental protection during the design and construction process, and adopts green technologies such as energy-saving lamps, rainwater collection systems, and solar panels to reduce energy consumption and environmental impact, demonstrating the company’s commitment to sustainable development.
Since the factory building was put into operation, it has not only greatly improved the company’s pepper processing capacity, but also attracted the attention and cooperation of many upstream and downstream companies, effectively promoting the extension and upgrading of the Zhecheng pepper industry chain.
