This project’s steel structure comprises the main shaft, gearbox bearing, and roller workshop. The basic seismic intensity of this area is 7 degrees, and the seismic fortification category of the building is Class C. The fortification intensity is 7 degrees, the basic design seismic acceleration value is 0.10g, and the design seismic group is Group II. Seismic Resistance Level: Level IV. The building site is classified as Class II, with a characteristic period of 0.4s; the fire hazard classification is Class E, with a fire resistance rating of Class II; the roof waterproofing rating is Class I, using 1.5mm thick polyester fiber reinforced (Class P) TPO waterproof membrane, installed using mechanical fixing; the exterior walls use 80mm thick rock wool sandwich panels with a fire resistance limit of 0.5h; the inner and outer color steel plates are made of galvanized aluminum steel; the steel used is Q235 steel and Q355 steel.
